Our picks of the week: Casio Edifice ECB-S100HR Honda Racing Championship White Edition, Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro – Genshin Impact Edition and more

Every week, there are plenty of new products emerging in the consumer tech realm. At times, it becomes impossible to cover all of them. Here, we pick the new products of the week and deliver them to you in bite-size format.

Casio Edifice ECB-S100HR Honda Racing Championship White Edition
S$499, available in G-Shock Stores on Dec 3

For Honda Racing and Casio fans, this watch is a match made in heaven. The Casio Edifice ECB-S100HR Honda Racing Championship White Edition pays tribute to Honda’s distinguished history and achievements in F1 by drawing inspiration from the white Honda RA271 – the first entry in an F1 race by a Japanese car maker.

The outer ring of ECB-S100HR’s dial is finished with authentic Championship White paint, while the inset dial and buttons come with red accents. The glass periphery features a printed pattern that evokes a checkered flag to mark its F1 victories. The genuine leather band features a two-tone colour scheme, with the outer side rendered in white and the inner side in red.

Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro – Genshin Impact Edition
S$219, available at Razer Store

Fans of the popular free-to-play multiplayer role-playing game Genshin Impact can rejoice! The Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro Genshin Impact Edition gaming mouse is finally here!

It might be still the same DeathAdder V2 Pro mouse with Razer’s switches, sensors and HyperSpeed Wireless technology for superior control. But its exterior features Paimon’s shirt design and motifs. Furthermore, it comes with in-game rewards of 200 Primogems and 80,000 Mora.

Shure Aonic Free
S$329, available in Lazada and Shopee

With its long history and heritage of audio excellence, Shure has launched its true wireless sound isolation earbuds with Aonic Free. Based on in-ear monitors worn by musicians, Aonic Free combines a foam sleeve and an ergonomically-angled design to provide a distortion-free and secure fit.

When paired with the ShurePlus Play app, you can personalise Environment Mode levels as well as equaliser settings. In addition, the earbuds can last up to 7 hours of listening with the charging case giving them a total of 21 hours.

Oppo A95
S$399, available in Lazada and Shopee

Looking for an affordable smartphone for yourself or as a Christmas gift? You can consider the new Oppo A95, which is available in two colours of glowing starry black and glowing rainbow silver.

Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chip with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, the 6.43-inch A95 delivers smooth and efficient performance. It comes with a rear triple-camera system consisting of a 48-megapixel (MP) main camera, a 2MP depth camera and a 2MP macro camera as well as a 16MP front-facing camera.

Uniq Lyft
US$21.90, available in Uniq Store

If you think Apple’s original MagSafe wallets are too expensive, you can get the Uniq Lyft instead. Not only does Lyft allows you to store your credit cards and attaches to your iPhone via MagSafe, it also doubles up as a phone stand.

Its built-in flap lets you turn the Lyft into a stand that props the iPhone in either landscape or portrait orientation. In addition, it can be used as a grip to prevent your beloved iPhone from slipping through your hand. And even if your smartphone is not an iPhone, you can still use it as it comes with a double-sided adhesive.

Trevor Tan

Started out with dreams to become a street photographer, Trevor Tan somehow became a tech journalist with over 16 years of consumer tech experience. Maybe he plays too much video games and buys too many new gadgets.
