iOS 18

Time to update your iPhone’s OS to iOS 18! You’re now able to further customize your Home Screen by dragging app icons and widgets wherever you want to frame your wallpaper however you want to. Choose to make app icons larger (without the folder / app descriptions below) on your screen if that’s how you prefer. You can also choose how your app icons and widgets look – light, dark, or with a colored tint. The Control Centre has gotten a more flexible customization option, with new controls including third-party apps and more. You can also change the controls on the Lock Screen, or remove them entirely.

Photos get a massive update, making it easier to find and relive memories. The simplified layout allows you to have an overview of your photos in collections such as Recent Days, People & Pets, and Trips. This allows you to quickly pull out photos and videos to share with loved ones, or to simply relive the moment. True to iOS 18 fashion, you can further personalize your layout to whatever matters most to you.

The first set of Apple Intelligence features will be available in October.
