Demanding Workflows? No problem.

With M2 Pro and M2 Max, MacBook Pro can tackle the most demanding tasks such as effects rendering, which is now up to 6x faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro, and colour grading, which is now up to 2x faster. The new MacBook Pro supports Wi-Fi 6E, and advanced HDMI, which supports 8K displays for the first time. Brb, crying a little.

M2 Pro on MacBook Pro versus…

M2 Pro allows for rendering of titles and animations in Motion up to 80% faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro, and up to 20% faster than the previous generation. Compiling in Xcode is also now up to 2.5x faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro, and almost 25% faster than the previous generation. Image processing in Adobe Photoshop is also now up to 80% faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro, and up to 40% faster than the previous generation. Boom.

M2 Max on MacBook Pro versus…

M2 Max further enhances the productivity and efficiency of MacBook Pro. Effects rendering in Cinema 4D is up to 6x faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro, and up to 30% faster than the previous generation. Colour grading in DaVinci Resolve is also now up to 2x faster than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Pro, and up to 30% faster than the previous generation. We’re not kidding.

Where to Get your MacBook Pro

The new MacBook Pro models with M2 Pro and M2 Max are available to order from tomorrow (19 Jan 2023) onwards on the Apple Store and in the Apple Store app.

MacBook Pro with M2 Pro and M2 Max will be available from 3 Feb 2023, Friday.

The new 14″ MacBook Pro with M2 Pro starts at S$2,899, and S$2,679 for education; and the 16″ MacBook Pro with M2 Pro starts at S$3,599 and S$3,309 for education.
