Chinese smartphone maker vivo has launched two models of its X60 series flagship smartphones in Singapore.
The X60 5G and X60 Pro 5G feature virtually the same design. Both smartphones also have the same Snapdragon 870 processor and a 6.56-inch AMOLED display. The display has a refresh rate of 120Hz with a 240Hz response rate for smooth scrolling and viewing.
Both X60 models are also super thin with the X60 measuring only 7.4mm, while the X60 Pro is 0.29mm thicker.
In addition, both X60 smartphones are the first vivo models to utilise Zeiss co-engineered imaging system. Both smartphones have a 32-megapixel (MP) punch-hole camera and a rear triple camera system consisting of a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 48MP wide-angle camera and 13MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.
The biggest difference between the X60 and X60 Pro is the latter having a gimbal image stabilisation system. In other words, you can expect sharp stills and videos even when you have shaky hands.
Both X60 models will be available in Singapore on 15 May 2021, with the X60 5G priced at $999 (without contract) and the X60 Pro 5G retailing at S$1,199 (without contract).
The X60 series 5G smartphones will be available for purchase from official channels such as Lazada, Shopee, M1, Singtel, StarHub, vivo flagship store at Causeway Point and other authorised dealers in Singapore.
