Samsung’s latest smart washing machines will automatically decide the amount of detergent needed for your laundry

Ever wonder if you are adding the right amount of detergent for your laundry? Now, Samsung’s latest washing machines will take the guesswork out of you.

Out of the new 19 washer and combo machines launched today, seven models come with the AI Wash feature that uses four built-in sensors to detect the laundry load’s weight and soiling. It will then gauge the amount of water and detergent to dispense for the wash.

In addition, available in 17 of the new washers as well as the two new dryers launched today is the AI Control feature. This allows you to wash clothes more efficiently by remembering your cycle preferences and suggesting personalised wash cycles.

To make life easier for you, most of the new 2021 models come with Auto Detergent Dispenser that lets you load up to one month’s worth of detergent and softener. The washer will automatically dispense the appropriate amount for each wash cycle.

Furthermore, you don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn on the washer before leaving home with these new Samsung washers and dryers. Apart from one model, all the new 2021 washers and dryers come with built-in Wi-Fi, so you can control and manage your laundry from anywhere via the SmartThings app.

Some models also come with Auto Cycle Link feature that syncs the new Samsung washer and dryer. This allows the dryer to automatically select the most suitable drying cycle based on the wash previously.

Prices for the new Samsung washing machines range from $699 to $2,699, while the new dryers start from $1,399 to $1,699. For more information, visit www.samsung.com/sg/quickdrive/.
