MWC 2022: Poco launches new smartphones X4 Pro 5G and M4 Pro, coming to Singapore on Mar 3

Poco, an independent brand born out of Xiaomi, announced its latest mid-range smartphones with AMLOED displays at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022 held in Barcelona, Spain. And unlike some smartphones that take its time to reach Singapore, the new Poco X4 Pro 5G and M4 Pro will be here this week.

The Poco X4 Pro 5G features a large 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate for fast response to your touch.

At its rear, it has a 108-megapixel (MP) main wide-angle camera that is accompanied by a 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. In front, there is a 16MP hole-punch camera.

On its inside, the X4 Pro 5G is powered a Snapdragon 695 5G processor and a large 5,000mAh battery. Available in three colours of black, blue and yellow, the X4 Pro 5G comes in two memory options of 6GB RAM with 128GB storage (S$399, available exclusively in Shopee) and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage (S$449, available exclusively in Shopee).

At the same time, the Poco M4 Pro is a more affordable smartphone featuring a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. There is a 16MP hole-punch camera in front.

At the back, you will find a 50MP main wide-angle camera, a 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. Under the hood, the M4 Pro uses the less-powerful MediaTek Hello G96 processor but the same 5,000mAh battery.

Available in three colours of black, blue and yellow, the Poco M4 Pro comes in two variants 6GB RAM with 128GB storage (S$349, available exclusively in Lazada) and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage (S$399, available exclusively in Lazada).

Both Poco X4 Pro 5G and M4 Pro will be available in Singapore on Mar 3.
