A14 Bionic Boosts Performance on iPad

With the powerful A14 Bionic chip, iPad now delivers a 20% increase in CPU and 10% improvement in graphics as compared to the previous generation. This makes the new iPad up to 5x faster than other brands. If you’re looking to upgrade from the iPad (7th generation), you will notice a significant increase in overall performance with the new iPad.

For daily tasks such as editing a high-resolution video, or working on a team assignment, or playing a graphics-heavy game, A14 Bionic boosts the performance and efficiency of the new iPad. Powered by a 16-core Neural Engine in A14 Bionic, you no longer have to worry about your iPad being lag or slow.

Advanced Cameras and Audio Like Never Before

For those who use the iPad for work meetings or leisure calls with loved ones, you’d be pleased to know that for the first time on any iPad, the front-facing camera is now located along the landscape edge. With the Ultra Wide front camera with a 12MP sensor and 122-degree field of view that supports Centre Stage, you would look good looking directly into the camera even as you move around.

The USB-C port supports a wide range of accessories and much quicker charge times when used in tandem with higher power charging adapters. I personally love this quick charge function as I never have much patience to wait for my devices to fully charge up. Oops.

The new Magic Keyboard Folio which was specifically designed for the new iPad, delivers an immensely satisfying typing experience with full-sized keys and responsive touch. For the first time ever, the new iPad will have a keyboard with a large trackpad that supports Multi-Touch gestures and more – making scrolling, swiping, pinching, and moving the cursor even more intuitive. This is perfect for when you don’t feel like bringing your Macbook out on a work meeting / overseas!
