The iPhone 16 lineup introduces Camera Control, which is essentially positioned in such a way it simulates a camera. Designed to be an intuitive way for you to capture memories on your iPhone, Camera Control will also allow you to quickly tap on Visual Intelligence to learn more about interesting things you see around you.
Apple Intelligence
Apple Intelligence keeps your privacy and security of user data extremely private with Private Cloud Compute – no data is being stored anywhere. Apple Intelligence also draws heavily from personal context to help you optimise your daily tasks and chores by helping you take action across apps through the power of Apple silicon.
With iOS 18, you can easily unlock different ways to improve your writing across different apps such as Mail, Notes, Pages, and third-party apps. You can now also easily record, transcribe, and summarise audio in the Notes and Phone apps.
Handy Assistant
Apple Intelligence also helps you prioritise notifications in a summarised manner, alongside Priority Messages in Mail. Siri also becomes more natural and contextually relevant, on top of being more personal. It’d be exciting to see the elegant glowing light that will wrap around the edge of the screen when Siri is active.
Action Button
The Action Button finally comes to iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, allowing you to access a suite of helpful features that can further optimise your daily life with just a click of the button.
Camera Control
Apple truly elevated the camera experience on the iPhone 16 lineup with Camera Control. It allows you to quickly snap a photo or video without missing the moment, and sliding your finger on the Camera Control will bring up helpful controls such as zoom, exposure, or depth of field.

Camera Experiences
The powerful new camera system on iPhone 16 comes with the 48MP Fusion camera and 2x optical-quality Telephoto option – which feels like having two cameras in one. The new 12MP Ultra Wide camera with autofocus will now let you experiment with Macro photography, on top of wider-angle shots. You can also take spatial photos and videos on iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus to relive those memories later on Apple Vision Pro. The 48MP Fusion camera is said to be able to deliver amazing quality with zero shutter lag and fantastic low-light performance.

iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will be available in Ultramarine, Teal, Pink, White, and Black in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GN storage capacities.
