Following its first RazerStore here at its new Singapore HQ building last year, Razer is opening its second local RazerStore in Funan shopping mall tomorrow (Jan 11). The new RazerStore is also the gaming brand’s first pop-up store in Asia. And it will only open for a year starting tomorrow.
Located at the first-floor atrium space of the former IT mall, the new pop-up store takes up around 780 square feet of floor space, or slightly bigger than a 3-room HDB flat. It will feature the latest offerings from Razer with dedicated zones designed to suit the needs of every gamer – from a cool streaming set-up to a better console experience.
The RazerStore Funan will open from 10am to 10pm daily starting from Jan 11. A grand opening will be be held this Saturday (Jan 15) starting from 10am. During the grand opening, there will be a full day of activities with prizes to be won as well as special in-store promotions and exclusive sneak peeks at Razer’s latest collections such as the Razer | Hello Kitty licensed products.
Queue for the grand opening will begin at 9.30am on Jan 15. Those in queue can stand a chance to win Razer gaming peripherals such as the Basilisk X HyperSpeed and Kraken V3 X. To ensure social distancing is maintained, the physical queue is limited to 50. Razer will also issue colour-coded wristbands with specific time-slots to the those in queue.
