Formerly a sub-brand of Xiaomi, Poco has become an independent brand due to its popularity of its “flagship-killer” smartphones. Today, Poco just launched its next wave of smartphones with its flagship F3 and X3 Pro.
The Poco F3 sports the Qualcomm’s near-flagship processor Snapdragon 870 5G for fast performance and smooth gaming. The F3 also features a 6.67-inch HDR+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate as well as Dolby Atmos audio support.
On the camera front, apart from the 20-megapixel (MP) front-facing camera, the F3 packs a rear triple camera system consisting a 48MP wide-angle camera, a 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and 5MP tele-macro camera.
Available in three colours of white, black and blue, the F3 comes in two storage variants of 6GB RAM/128GB storage ($549) and 8GB RAM/256GB storage ($599). Even the most expensive Poco F3 variant costs only a third of an iPhone Pro 256GB version. The Poco F3 will be selling in Singapore starting on Mar 27.
At the same time, Poco also launched the X3 Pro. It uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 – one of the most powerful 4G processors currently on the market – for great bang for buck performance. Plus, it packs a 6.67-inch LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate, 240 touch sampling rate and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6.
Apart from its 20MP front-facing camera, the X3 Pro has a triple-camera system that includes a 48MP wide-angle camera, a 8MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro camera.
Priced at $399 (6GB RAM/128GB storage) and $449 (8GB RAM/256GB storage), the Poco X3 Pro comes in three colours of black, blue and bronze. The X3 Pro will start selling on Mar 24.
Both F3 and X3 Pro will have an early bird sale. So if you are interested, remember to log on early to Shopee to get some savings.
