Earin, the true pioneer of true wireless in-ear headphones, returns with A-3

Before Apple AirPods arrived in end-2016 to dominate the true wireless in-ear headphones (TWH) market, Swedish firm Earin had already released the first consumer TWH a year earlier.

Now, Earin just released the 3rd generation of its TWH, known simply as A-3, in Singapore. Unlike other TWH in the market, A-3 does not have left or right earbud.

Both earbuds are identical and its patented automatic placement recognition technology will designate the left and right earbud when you put them on. No more trying to figure out which earbud is for which ear.

Furthermore, its unique shape – without the stem found in most TWH – is said to offer a discrete appearance as well as a secure fit even during physical activities. Plus, the A-3 is rated at IP52, which means the earbuds can handle occasional splashes, sweat and dust exposure.

It comes with an aluminium charging case that charges via a USB-C connection or wireless charging. The A-3 earbuds are said to last 5 hours with the charging case offering another 25 hours of battery life.

Available in silver and black, the Earin A-3 is launching exclusively in Singapore on Shopee SG at $299.
