CES 2022: Jabra launches Elite 4 Active earbuds and brings Bluetooth Multipoint to Elite 7 Pro

Unlike many tech brands’ over-the-top launches, Jabra’s announcements at CES have always been pretty down-to-earth and practical.

At CES 2022, the Danish audio brand announces a new pair true wireless earbuds Elite 4 Active targeted at sports enthusiasts. The earbuds are fit for heavy usage with an IP57-rated water- and sweat-proof durability.

The Elite 4 Active features Google Fast Pair, so you can connect to your Android device without having to press a button when switched on. It supports Spotify Tap playback experience to access music faster than ever before.

It even comes with active noise cancellation to block out the noise when you are in the gym. The best part? It is available in Singapore now at S$178 (available in Lazada and Shopee).

Meanwhile, Jabra also announces that Bluetooth Multipoint will be available on its flagship Elite 7 Pro earbuds (read our review here) via a firmware update later this month. This feature will allow the earbuds to be fully connected to two devices at the same time, so you can juggle between work and personal calls in an instant.

In addition, Jabra PanaCast 20 personal web camera – announced last year – is now available in Lazada and Shopee. It allows the modern hybrid workers, who has to shuttle between home and office, to benefit from high-quality secure video conferencing no matter where they are.

Started out with dreams to become a street photographer, Trevor Tan somehow became a tech journalist with over 16 years of consumer tech experience. Maybe he plays too much video games and buys too many new gadgets.
