E3 2021: Microsoft unveils Redfall, Forza Horizon 5 and confirms Starfield’s release date during Xbox and Bethesda Showcase

Microsoft has unveiled a slew of new games during the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase in the virtual E3 2021.

One of the new games announced is Redfall, a new co-op open-world first-person shooter. This Xbox Series X|S exclusive game pits you solo or co-op with up to four to fight against a legion of vampires that have taken over the town of Redfall. It will be available in summer next year on PC as well.

For fans of Forza racing series, you will be pleased to know that there will be a new Forza Horizon in the near horizon. Forza Horizon 5 will let you explore the vibrant and ever-evolving open landscapes of Mexico with limitless fun driving action in hundreds of cars. Mark your calendar on Nov 9, as it becomes available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles as well as on Windows and Steam.

The highly-anticipated Xbox exclusive Halo Infinite, which was supposed to launch last year along with the new Xbox Series X|S consoles, finally have a release date as well. The campaign and free-to-play multi-player modes will be available during the holidays (i.e. Dec) this year.

Meanwhile, Bethesda Games’ sci-fi role-playing game Starfield has a release date after being first teased in E3 2018. It will launch exclusively on Xbox Series X|S and Windows on Nov 11, 2022. This is the game we are most looking forward to, as it is said to be “Skyrim in Space”. Can’t wait…
