BLACKPINK: THE MOVIE docu-movie out on Dec 15 in Disney+

Blinks, mark your calendars! The high-grossing music documentary of 2021 BLACKPINK: THE MOVIE will be launching in Disney+ here on Dec 15.

Released in movie theatres earlier this year, this documentary looks at the five years from the group’s debut to its meteoric rise to international stardom.

It also features exclusive interviews with the group’s four members – Jennie, Jisoo, Rose and Lisa – as they look back at their favourite and unforgettable moments in their five years together.

In addition, there are never-before-told stories and rare behind-the-scenes clips that Blinks or K-pop fans will relish. Not to mention, you can also expect shots from 10 different live performances during the 2018’s “IN YOUR AREA” and 2021’s “THE SHOW” tours.

If you cannot get enough of BLACKPINK, Disney+ will soon be showing Snowdrop – a Korean drama with Jisoo in her first leading role – sometime this month.

Trevor Tan

Started out with dreams to become a street photographer, Trevor Tan somehow became a tech journalist with over 16 years of consumer tech experience. Maybe he plays too much video games and buys too many new gadgets.
